In mind-blowingly hypocritical UN speech, Biden tries to rewrite history

Journalist Ben Norton fact-checks US President Joe Biden’s hypocritical speech at the United Nations General Assembly, where he accused Russia of “imperial ambitions” and said the UN must prosecute countries that invade others and commit war crimes.

Biden lies UN

US President Joe Biden spoke at the United Nations General Assembly on September 21. He used the platform to try to portray the United States, the world’s leading violator of international law, as its protector.

Biden called “to hold Russia accountable for the atrocities and war crimes” it allegedly committed in Ukraine.

Biden himself strongly supported the 2003 invasion of Iraq. As vice president under Barack Obama and now president, he personally oversaw the US wars against Libya, Syria, Yemen, and Afghanistan, as well as the drone bombing of Somalia and Pakistan.

But Biden declared from the UN podium: “If nations can pursue their imperial ambitions without consequences, then we put at risk everything this very institution stands for, everything.”

In the following analysis, journalist Ben Norton fact-checked the deeply misleading claims Biden made in his UN speech.

US gov’t knew NATO expansion to Ukraine would force Russia to intervene

Incredible how the western media distorts and misrepresents everything. Latest claim by garbage outlets like the guardian is that Putin is threatening nuclear strikes. His “threat” is in fact purely a retaliation against the a priori nuclear threat from the West. Both Russia and China have pledged never to launch first strikes, only Washington insanely considers first strikes – which will cause human extinction. This is because in any conventional military or economic war, the USA will lose because of it’s own self inflicted rot. Please read Putin’s recent speech in full here for proper context rather than swallow superficial distorted guardian or other MSM headlines:

Russia and China have no want nor need to launch first strikes. But if the West strikes first they will not hesitate to retaliate.

It is the angloeurozionist empire, whose policies have been hijacked by just a handful of insane neocons, who are pushing us to the brink of nuclear armageddon. How to reduce that risk? The answer is obvious.
